Manifest PROTECTION with these THREE Actions
When we were researching which intentions to offer there was the expected flurry of the usual - Money! Luck! Love! But there were also some comments which were less able to be categorised. Things like 'I want to feel like everything will be OK', I want to be free of anxiety' and even 'I am just so scared about Covid'.
Obviously, this isn't a mental health solution, and I urge you to seek medical support if your thoughts and anxiety are affecting your life. And if you are scared of physical harm, definitely contact the authorities! But there is a space for using manifestation to bring a sense of calm and security to your life

An important part of manifesting is to take action towards your intention. Here are three things you can do to start manifesting protection in your life.
1. Take a Walk in Nature
The endorphins (happy hormones) you get from doing exercise are a great way to counteract any negative thoughts you may be having. Exercise also helps to rid the body of adrenaline, which may build up as a result of stress or worry. Taking time to observe the beauty of nature around you promotes mindfulness and helps distract you from your worries.
2. Meditate
The benefits of meditation are numerous but in particular it is a great way to slow your racing mind down and put things into perspective. There are some really great meditation apps as well as youtube videos and podcasts around which guide you through meditation sequences. Personally, I love Headspace, which also has a series on Netflix, but there are heaps of free options too.
3. Pamper Yourself
Take a long bath or paint your nails. Even just rub in some nice smelling hand cream. Be mindful as you do it, thinking only about what you are doing in that moment. Think about nurturing yourself and taking care of you. Mindfulness and self care are things we often don't prioritise but go a long way towards combatting negative thoughts. And, you deserve it!
